Refunds & Returns PolicY
This Refunds & Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of artworks made through MarcusBell.com, operated by Studio Impressions Pty Ltd, an Australian-registered company. By purchasing from MarcusBell.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General
At Studio Impressions Pty Ltd, we want you to love your artwork. We offer repairs, replacements, or store credit in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are provided only if your artwork arrives with a fault that cannot be repaired or replaced. This Policy works alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Change of Mind
We ask that you choose carefully before purchasing artworks, as returning goods can be time-consuming and costly due to the nature and size of artworks.
• Eligible items: cotton rag prints and rolled canvas.
• Non-returnable items: Framed or stretched artworks, custom-made pieces, and limited edition prints cannot be returned for change of mind.
• Return window: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return for change of mind. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
• Store credit: Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit to the full value of the artwork, with no expiration. Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns.
• Return shipping: Costs for returning items due to change of mind are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with protective packaging intact. Items damaged during return shipping may void eligibility.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If a fault does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty:
1. Inspect your artwork immediately upon receipt.
