SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of all artworks purchased through MarcusBell.com, proudly operated by Studio Impressions Pty Ltd, an Australian registered company (ABN 90164547620).

Each artwork is handled with great care — from the moment it leaves our studio to when it arrives safely in your hands.

Shipping by Product Type

Rolled Prints

Most rolled prints are carefully prepared and shipped within 7 business days of your order being placed.

During high-demand periods (such as new collection releases or special promotions or holiday periods), dispatch times may extend slightly — but we promise, it’s worth the wait.

We use only trusted professional couriers, and every shipment includes tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

Framed or Stretched Prints (Special Custom Orders)

Framed and stretched prints are made to order and shipped within approximately 4–5 weeks from purchase.

Each piece is handcrafted by our trusted local framers, who share our commitment to quality and detail.

Depending on your location, delivery will be made either via a reputable art courier or directly by our studio team.

Please note: custom framing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.

Damaged Deliveries

While we take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely, if your parcel is damaged in transit, please email info@studioimpressions.com.au

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than four business days, please get in touch right away.

Most often, delays are temporary and resolved quickly, but we’ll contact the courier and do everything possible to locate and expedite your delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only. MarcusBell.com and Studio Impressions Pty Ltd are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Damage Disclaimer After Delivery

Responsibility for the artwork passes to the buyer upon delivery. We recommend arranging insurance for high-value items, as MarcusBell.com and Studio Impressions Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for loss or damage after delivery.

Refusal or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to refusal or incorrect delivery information, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Condition on Receipt

Buyers must inspect all items upon receipt and notify us within 7 days of any damage or issues. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

MarcusBell.com and Studio Impressions Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from shipping delays, lost or damaged packages, or customs issues.

Shipping Restrictions

We can deliver to both residential and business addresses, but unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time.

All shipments require a signature on delivery to ensure safe receipt.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee.

Marcus Bell Fine Art Prints and Studio Impressions Photography is not responsible for any additional fees or delays caused by customs processes.

We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure smooth international delivery, but all import-related costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery can become delayed due to customs inspections.

Shipping Times for Rolled (Unframed) Prints

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your individual piece to be produce.

Standard shipping times once your product is produced is as follows:

Metro areas (Australia): 2–5 business days

Regional & remote locations: Please allow extra time

Peak periods (e.g. Christmas): Expect potential delays

International: 8–15 business days. Please read above re possible international delays.
